It is with sadness we announce the passing of Wray Slack on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Grandview Lodge, Dunnville after a short battle with pneumonia at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn Slack. Loving father of Brenda McWilliams (Jim), Heather Bailey (Kim), and Randy Slack (Laurel). Dear grandfather of Linda Atkinson (Rod), Kevin McWilliams, Norman McWilliams, Nancy McWilliams (Teddy), Dave Bailey (Bessy), and Nicole Bailey (Ennis). Great grandfather of Harley-Lynn, Joel, Mason, Olivia, Lucas, and Marcus. Survived by siblings Ross Slack, Elaine Hall, Ronald Slack, Keith Slack, and Bruce Slack. Predeceased by siblings, Gordon Slack, Kenneth Slack, Douglas Glen Slack, Mary Arnold, Lawrence Slack, and Gloria Cuthbertson. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at Hyde & Mott Chapel of R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main St. S., Hagersville on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 1 pm. Special thanks to the staff at Grandview Lodge, Marshview Wing for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Dad while he was a resident.
