Peacefully passed away at the Hardy Terrace in Mt. Pleasant on Sunday December 31, 2017 at the age of 86 years Beloved husband of Karen. Loving father of Steven, Gail (Mark), Karen (Grant), Lynn (Al) (deceased), Dan (Lynne), Randy (Tracy), and Sharon (Dan). Dear grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother of the late Irene (Bill). George was a Master Warrant Officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force for 35 years serving in France, Germany, and the USA and was a Life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 164 Hagersville. A graveside service will be held at the Balmoral United Church Cemetery on Saturday January 6, 2018 at 12 noon with a reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 164 Hagersville.
