WINGER: Sylvia Catherine
Passed away peacefully at West Haldimand Hospital, Hagersville on Thursday January 25, 2018 at the age of 83 years. Daughter of the late Lloyd & Hilda (Nablo) Winger. Sylvia will be fondly remembered by cousins, church family, and friends. She was an Elementary School teacher in the Hagersville area and will be greatly missed. The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, RHB Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd. 60 Main Street South Hagersville on Sunday 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday January 29, 2018 at 11 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Springvale. Saddened to hear of Sylvia’s passing. She and her mother were our neighbors in Springdale for my entire childhood and youth. They were the sweetest people I ever met! RIP Sylvia, we love you! Deborah, Michael, Steven Forrest and families.

We will miss our cousin Sylvia and our wonderful visits to see her. She was a great teacher, gardener and a unique individual with so much spunk and wit. So sad to learn of Miss Winger's passing. She was my teacher in public school for various grades. I remember her well. Rest in peace, Miss Winger. God'sspeed.
