Rusty..thank you from the bottom of my heart for being an amazing man, mentor, father, husband, dispatcher and most of all a friend! I give my condolences to the Isaac Family in your time of loss and I also give gratitude for I thank you for sharing Rusty with us at Six Nations Fire “his and your second family for life” my time with the fire dept Rusty was always an extraordinary & exemplary dispatcher! He kept us safe and most times when we’d make a request on an emergency scene he’d replay “already done ✅” post incidents where sometimes tough on us but coming back to the hall to see his smile and his check in’s “hey you good!?” meant the world..oh and of course his Sunday morning pancake and sausage breakfast he’d make us, and his blues singing and dancing abilities and great sense of humour always helped keep us up lifted too!
I once asked what allowed him to be so sharp he laughed and shared many stories of his time on the fire dept and knew what worked and what didn’t and most of all he used true empathy with us on the front line to say “we’ll I know what I would want or need out there” Many family’s have people like Rusty to thank for answering the call when you needed most! Is wasn’t just a job for Rusty It was a passion!
Our community and our service member families waiting our safe return after every shift can’t thank you and your family enough!
We salute you! we will miss you!
Rusty I say Nya:węh (Thank you) for your service, rest easy and we got it from here,
26 double donut out! Lol

Sending my condolences to the Isaacs family, I first met Rusty & Audrey when I was abt 14, playing ball against Audrey. Those were the days when we had abt 10 ladies teams down here. Later on they would come watch Karen play with the Mohawks n since I was on the team I got to reconnect with them. I appreciated Rusty’s since of humour, he will be missed by many. Audrey & Karen my heart goes out to you and may you be able to find strength thru the many precious memories of your husband and father. Ga:nohkwsra Kell
