Hard to put into words of condolences. On behalf of the Environmental Public Health Officers in Ontario that work with Vicki, please accept our condolences on your loss. Lowell was a great, funny, and polite gentlemen who I had the opportunity to meet a few times and a pleasure to speak with, share a joke. For family and friends, his passing is a great loss and he will be missed by all.
