It is with great sadness that we, the family of Doyle announce his sudden passing on October 1, 2026. Doyle is survived by his partner and best friend Casey, their son Logan and his daughter Livia. He leaves behind his siblings Geri [late Alex], Kerry [Reva], Robin [Bobbi], Clint [Kathy], Dayle [Julie], Neale [Kelly], Luann [Brian], Lynn [Tracy], Connie [Yogi], Candy [Jay], Glyniss [Pudge], his best friend Tracey, in-laws Cody, Danny, Kate, Mark and mother-in-law Carol. Also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.  We are sure he was welcomed with open arms by Mom & Dad [Lavonne & Wallace] and brothers Stephen, Wayde & Duane.

Doyle was an avid hockey and lacrosse player winning numerous provincial championships.  He was also a member of the 1992 Six Nations Arrows Minto Cup Championship team. As a proud ironworker out of Local 721 Toronto, he worked extensively throughout North America. Doyle was working in Staten Island when 911 happened. He was also highly creative, he recorded 3 CDs, Backroads, Country Moves and Dr. Decibel along with some of his closest friends. Doyle was happiest spending time with family and friends and writing his music. He was also the author of many unpublished poems. Locally he was known for the song he wrote for his mother “Angels”.

He will be resting at his sister Geri’s home at 1104 Hwy 54 after 5 p.m.  Friday, October 2, with visitation until Sunday at one pm. Committal to follow at Faith Victory Tabernacle 2147 Chiefswood Road. Arrangements by Styres Funeral Home , www.rhbanderson.com
