Passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday December 4, 2015 at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband of 32 years to Ruthanne Mehlenbacher. Loving father of David, and Jamie (Lisa). Dear grandfather of Crystal & Vanessa, Paul, Tarah, Chelsea, Tanner, Devin &Riley. Great grandfather of 5. Son of the late Peter & Lila (Nelles) Slote. Dear brother of Buck Slote, Mary Munro, and the late Mildred Stone. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. The family will honour his life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, 60 Main Street South, Hagersville. on Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8.
