Beth was a wonderful woman we were pleased to serve meals at Southview, Parkview Meadows! Always a cheerful disposition, a jokester and so appreciative! She will be missed!
She was excited at the prospect of turning 100! She will celebrate that in Gods presence now! Ralph & Ruth Veldstra

So sorry to hear about Mrs.Walsh, soo many GREAT memories of riding my bike up to the Creamery, when I was a youngster, to pick up some cheese. The "cheese man" and the "cheese lady" always invited me in to have a nice conversation and a slice of homemade cheese!!! Always kind and caring. Thank you .

Beth had three things she was passionate about family, friends and chocolate. She was always there when you needed her, she could whip up a meal when you were unable to make your own, sit and talk when you were lonely, take care of your kids when you need help. Kind of reminded me of the energizer bunny just kept on going. I felt special because she thought I made the best chocolate cake she had ever tasted. She was the best Nana and my girls adored her and she them, they each had a special relationship that will never be broken. When she was near the end she asked me to look to the sky and thank the Lord but I told her that I would look to the sky and tell them to put on their party hats on cause Nana Walsh was coming.

Sympathies to all Beth's family, a charming woman to be around in years gone by in Jarvis, now with Bill and bringing a smile to all who are there. Beth is celebrating Christmas this year with Jesus!

There are some relationships that made growing up in small town Ontario lasting and memorable. Bill and Beth and family were a huge part of the Hagersville fabric, welcoming and friendly. I'll fondly remember her smiles and sweetness on those occasions where we crossed paths over the last 60 years. Our thoughts are with the family.

How lucky we all were to have Beth in our lives. So grateful that I had a lovely visit with her at her residence a couple of weeks ago and was invited to her 100th Birthday party on April 21st next year. I will be wearing a birthday hat that day and will blow out some candles too. You were an absolute treasure and will be sorely missed!

Beth has been my friend since she moved to Brookview many years ago. Even though we weren't related, she quickly became "Auntie Beth". Beth lived life to the fullest every day and never let much stop her. Always ready for fun or a shopping trip. She was a great inspiration to so many. I'll miss you dear Auntie Beth. Love, Mary Ann.

To the walsh family, the last of the older shannons has moved on to a better place. During my last visit with Beth we had quite the conversation. Trying to do some research on family history,i had her stumped a few times but it didn't take her long to come up with an answer. We had quite a few good laughs along the way. A very pleasant lady, our conversation could have lasted all day. I am sure that all the people who knew Beth one way or another, she will be missed very much. Till we meet again some day Beth to carry on our conversation, take care. Tom

To Sharon and George, Ron and Roz, Brian and Cathy and families;

Our sincere condolences on your loss of a truly amazing woman.

Beth was a phenomenal lady who provided light, laughter and love (in no particular order) to call those who interacted with her for a moment, a day, a week or a lifetime.
She will always be in our thoughts, memories and hearts!
