We are saddened by the passing of Emerson Wray (Football) Bomberry on August 19, 2023 in his 74th year. Beloved son of the late Jacob & Gertrude Bomberry. Gone to rest with his siblings Norma, Jake, Ted and baby John; brother-in-laws, Ernie (Tankman) Annett, Raymond Hill, and John Staats Sr. Survived by Edna (Jake), Cap & Chuckie, Gert (Raymond), Hazel (John), Teense (Ted), Brenda & Ron and Patty. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews all of which were close treasures to his heart as well as many close friends. Football was an avid sports fan who is now cheering for many from above. We have lost a great prayer warrior and heaven has gained another angel.
Resting at Styres Funeral Home, 1798 4th. Line, Ohsweken after 6 p.m. Monday. Evening service 7 p.m. Monday. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Johnsfield Baptist Cemetery. www.rhbnaderson.com
