Bro Wayne was a blessing. He was a caring, compassionate man. He and his wife attended many of our special church services here at Garlow Line Baptist Church on Six Nations. He showed his love to our First Nations people by serving on other First Nations as well. He will be missed. Thinking of you, Ruth. God will provide His New Grace as He always does!

My deepest condolences Ruth and family on the passing of Wayne. My parents (late Marie and Allan) and myself always thought the world of Wayne and his wonderful sense of humour while he worked. He was a fine man and had a heart of gold in his compassion for others. He will be missed and may you all find the strength to help you through the days ahead. God bless always and may he rest in peace.

Wayne was one of the most humble and selfless people we’ve ever known and it was an honour to know him. I knew I couldn’t “Fill his shoes” after I took over for him pastoring at Oneida Baptist Church, but I’m grateful for the foundation he laid there over his 10 year “temporary” position :)
Such a true reflection of his Saviour and worthy of the Words I know he’s already heard from his Saviour’s lips “well done my good and faithful servant”!
See you soon my honourable brother.
