It is with great sadness that the family announces her sudden passing  on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the age of 47 years. Beloved wife of Mark Hartwick.  Loving mother of Taylor, and Avery.  Dear daughter of John & Betty Hoskin.  Sister of Lyle & Sandra.  Daughter-in-law of Milford & Marjory Hartwick.  Sister-in-law of Brian & Terri, Glenn, and Joan & Glen.  Aunt of Timothy, Emmitt, Kate, Megan, Zachery, Logan,  and Isabella.  Tracey taught elementary school with the Grand Erie School Board for 20 years and  operated her own work out gym “Love be’in me” in her home.  The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  A private family service will be held. Interment Riverside Cemetery Cayuga.  As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Jumpstart Charity, Community Living Haldimand, or the charity of your choice. www.rhbanderson.com

We were all so blessed to have connected with Tracey in the many various activities and roles she assumed during her short time on Earth. It is the positive energy, fun spirited, patient and loving way that she touched so many with that is making this loss such a terrible one. Sending sincere condolences to her family and friends.

My deepest condolences at this very difficult time. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to meet Tracey but I’ve met John and am fortunate to have Lyle as a co-worker, friend and the big brother I didn’t have. Our family was touched by Tracey's care and joy while she was a teacher to my son. She always went above and beyond to cheer others on in life. We will miss her in our lives and are praying for all the family and friends through this difficult time. She certainly loved her family and friends deeply and lived life to the fullest. We were all blessed because of her in our lives. She is deeply missed.

I am just reading of Tracey's passing tonight and I am shocked. I am so sorry for your loss. I just recently reconnected with Tracey - we had been roommates at Brock University when she was in teacher's college. Our reconnection messages were filled with her love for Mark and the kids and her exuberance for life that I had witnessed first-hand when we lived together. Please accept my heart-felt condolences.
