Tina and I played Rosie and Leon Deela, for 10 seasons on North of 60 television series. I would have loved to attend the Life Ceremony, but just couldn't make it happen. However a few young aboriginal women, and their mentors Cathy Menard and Vanessa (hotomoani) Kosh, allowed me some time in their program to participat in an evening rehearsal dedicated to Tina Louise Bomberry. My heart felt at ease as we shared some food and stories about Tina's legacy! Sincerely,,Erroll Kinistino!

My deepest condolences to Bobby, Larissa & Colten, Ruby, James, Tim and all family on the passing of your dearly beloved Tina Louise. I have the most wonderful memories in my life from the years I spent working with Tina Louise, and getting to know you all. She was a most graceful, gorgeous, joyful person. She brought so much laughter and kindness into the lives of all who had the chance to work with her. I know she was a grandmother, and she was proud. She will always be dearly remembered by those of us who worked with her on N60. Much love, and keeping you all in my prayers, Tina

I used to watch North of 60 with my Grandmother Florence Shillito here in Duncan BC as often as we could. We loved Tinas character and thought that off screen she must have been a wonderful woman. All the above tributes prove we were right. Rest in peace Tina Louise. You were loved and admired.

I just found out about this sad and shocking news! I am very saddened right now. I was always a big fan of hers from the 'North of 60' years! Ms. Bomberry: very talented actress to say the least and I hate to see how sad the Indigenous acting communities must be! I hope the Creator will keep her soul safe!

To the family of Tina Louise,
I Didn't get the chance to meet Tina in person.Though I met the people she worked with, and I would say "maybe next year"
I don't know if you heard of DOTC Day's in Brandon MB, But that's where I pictured myself meeting her, amidst our people, gifted people.I dont want say too much as this is hard to do.I just found out today of her passing.
In closing I can say she always put a smile on my face when ever I saw her on a show or a movie.

Truly your's

I was deeply saddened to learn of Tina's death. My heart goes out to her friends and family.
I was a huge fan of her on North of 60. Part of what made her so incredible is that she was so approachable to her fans, we exchanged a few facebook messages and I felt her kindness and inner light.
She will be missed so much by many, many people, as she was so well loved. I will at least get to watch her incredible acting talents on North of 60 forever-and through her acting, her family, and all the lives she made a difference in-she will live on forever.
A special soul now flies free-an inner light that will never be extinguished!

I only found out this year she passed away she is one of my favorites from her acting career north of 60 that I've watched many times and starter to watch all over again. She was so young may she rest in peace along with my daughter who also passed away 1 year ago. I pray her family can find peace with all their loving memories and for her many friends and of course her many fans. Rest in peace ???? ????????
