In loving memory of Sweet Jasmine Hill. Daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Loved by many and gone too soon. Daughter to Ann (Jake) and Stephan (Courtney). Sister to Kimmy, Michelle, Aaron, Chaz, Tia and Sunny. Sweet will be missed by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Sweet is resting at her aunt Linda's house, 2747 4th line. I love you sweet, forever and always you will be with me in my heart. I don't want to start the next chapter of life without you but I know that in spirit you will be with me every step of the way. Sweet, You will live forever in my heart. Right from our 1st meeting, you held a very special place. I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to walk with you part the way. I know our relationship will continue from the spirit world.

Oh no this news saddens me deeply. I had the privilege of knowing sweet through her work with NPAAMB. It was truly a pleasure getting to know her beautiful soul. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I’m not sure what happened in her situation. But I do know that everything happens for a reason and creator had bigger and better plans for her in this world and in the spirit world. Rest in paradise Sweet. We all loved you very much.
