Suddenly at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Hamilton, on Wednesday January 25, 2017 at the age 31 years. Special friend of Mike. Loving mother of Travis, and Alexis. Beloved daughter of Kelly & Rick. Dear sister of Tanya (Mike), J.R. (Lisa), Robert, and Levi. Auntie of Brianna, Julie, and Caleb. Granddaughter of Ross & JoAnne Johnson, and the late Rebecca & Neil Gilchrist. Niece of Devon (Frenchie), Earl (Josee), Kathy, Barry, Cindy, Terri, Heather, Timmy (Karen), and Shawn (Teri). Samantha will also be remembered and missed by the Powless family and her great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will celebrate her life with visitation at Ohsweken Tabernacle, 2319 3rd. Line Road, Six Nations on Saturday from 3-7 pm. with small service to follow. Funeral service to be held on Sunday January 29, 2017 at 2pm. Cremation to follow with burial of cremated remains at Hill’s Family Cemetery at a later date. Potluck dinner following Sunday service.
