Robert Joseph "Rob" Penrose
September 28, 1967 - July 21, 2026
Passed away on Tuesday July 21, 2026 due to the result of an ATV accident at the age of 58 years. Beloved husband of 25 years to Karen Garlow-Penrose. Loving brother of Darren (Linda), and brother-in-law of Greg(Kelli) Kelly and Wayne. Dear uncle of Lindsay, Maura, Gregory, Terrell, Zachary, Robin, Hollie, Dennis. Special friend of Bill, John, Lulu, and Bootz, . Rob will also be missed by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Paul & Brenda, and mother-in-law Wilma. Rob was an avid outdoors man, hunting, fishing, ATV riding, cooking, and his trailer in the North, home away from home.
The family extends a special thanks to staff at Brantford General, Hamilton General, Stedman Community Hospice, Dr. Rebecca Kruisselbrink, and Dr. Ryan Renn.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday August 23, from 2 to 6pm at 1037 Highway 54 Ohsweken, Ontario, Upper Pavillion at Chiefswood Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford. www.rhbanderson.com
