I was shocked when I heard of Bob’s passing. I have many memories from our times riding our bikes into the bluewater on a Saturday afternoon with little kids in tow eating popcorn and playing shuffle board, seeing the progress of the house redo and at neighbour hood bonfires. I hope your memories are a comfort to you.

Dear RuthAnn and Cheryl. I am sending condolences . I recall a handsome older guy who charmed us all summer when we young as we spent at Selkirk. Mrs Melenbacher and her family Were part of our cottage life at Selkirk. I think Bob May have rescued me as the current took the very large airplane inner tube I was On was heading away from the shore. Bob swam out and helped me get back to shore. Always a gentleman. He will be missed by many .

Dear Ruthann and Chery, I was saddened to read of Bob’s passing my condolences to both of you and loved ones. I have many memories of Bob during my lifetime and the two the stand out the most are when he undertook the rebuild of the interior of his grandfathers cottage to make it his own home and when I asked him if he would accompany me to see Phantom of the Opera at the Pantages theater. I had won 2 tickets and he graciously said yes but only if he could take me out to dinner before the show. Always the gentleman. He will be remembered and missed by many.
