Orville Dalton McCreight
November 8, 1934 - October 1, 2023

 Peacefully at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Dunnville on Sunday October 1, 2023 at the age of 88 years.  Husband of the late Nelda (Wilson) McCreight.  Loving father of Vivian of Dunnville, and Glenn (Kelly).  Dear grandfather of Ryan, and Darcy.  Brother of Reta (late Bill).  Also survived by many nieces & nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Robert & Mabel; siblings Robert, John, Agnes, Jean, Trudy, Shirley, Denzil, Arlene, and Morris.  Orville was an Educator for the Grand Erie District School Board and was Principal of the Rainham Central School, Fisherville for most of his career. 

Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held at South Cayuga Community Church, 6182 Rainham Rd., Dunnville on Saturday October 14, 2023 at 10 a.m.  As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Dunnville Hospital Foundation or Senior Support Services.  Arrangements by Hyde & Mott Chapel, Hagersville.  www.rhbanderson.com

Deepestest sympathy on the passing of your father. He was the best principal who excelled in respect from his students. He showed authority daily by wearing a suit and tie. Thank you Mr McCreight for those wonderful years!! ❤️
