Natalie "Nat" Guay-Stanley
May 19, 1978 - October 19, 2026
Natalie “Nat" Guay-Stanley passed away suddenly on October 19, 2026, at the age of 48. Nat was a beautiful daughter, sister, Auntie, and fur baby mama. Anyone who knew Nat loved her—she had a huge heart and was Auntie to everyone. Throughout her life, she opened her home and heart as a loving foster parent to over 37 children, all of whom affectionately called her Auntie Nat. In the past, Nat had worked as a porter and second cook for Upper Lakes Shipping. She was predeceased by her dad, Paul Guay, and her Grandma Cecila Riches.
Left behind with broken hearts is her loving Mum, Susan Covert; her sister, Heather Hadley (Wes); her nephews and nieces she raised like her own, Geoffrey, Cara, Nathan, Matthew, and Emma; and her beloved great-nephew, Kasen. Her fur babies, Maggie Moo moo, Nora, and Pheobe, were her best friends.
A Celebration of Nat’s Life will be held on Sunday, October 25th, at the Caledonia Community Hall (100 Haddington Street) from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a brief service and sharing of memories at 2:00 PM. www.rhbanderson.com
