FEHRMAN: NANCY JEAN NEE: HOOVER
Suddenly passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday December 21, 2017 at the age of 81 years. Wife of the late George Fehrman. Loving mother of Michael & Cindy Fehrman, and Marsha & Brad Barker. Dear grandma of Michael & Sara, Shauna (deceased), Clint, and Jaclyn. Great grandma of Kendalyn, Reyna, and Gavin. Sister of Dorothy (deceased), John & Wilma, Ruth (deceased) & Alvin, Blake & Edna (deceased), Charlie & Marg, Janet & Nick, and Dale & Joanne. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Nancy was a teacher and volunteered with many organizations, including the volunteer tax program for many years. She enjoyed her family and friends, and time spent at the Hagersville Lawn Bowling Club where she served on the executive and had been an active member. The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Sunday December 24, 2017 at 1 p.m. Interment Selkirk Union Cemetery. Michael and Marsha and family - I am so very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was my first teacher at S.S. # 4 Walpole. She was a wonderful teacher and she inspired me to become a teacher. Dear Mike and Marsha. We were so sorry to hear of your Mothers passing. Nancy was my school teacher for 5 years at SS#4. I can remember when I was 12 years old that my teacher Nancy was 24 years old.
