Giesbers: Martin William
Passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Thursday February 26, 2015 in his 83rd year. Husband of the late Betty (Weaver) Giesbers. Loving father of Bill (Kathie), Bob, Beth (Bill), Martin (Angeline), & Maria (Hein). Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren & 15 great-grandchildren. Martin is also survived by his sister Ria, brother-in-law Adriaan, sisters-in-law Leola (John), & Barbara (Chris) and many nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by daughter Judith, grandson Sean, & sisters Henriette, Truus, Miny, & Anny. Martin was retired from Local #1007, Niagara Falls as a machinist and millwright. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Cheapside United Cemetery on Saturday March 14th at 12:30 with a reception to follow. Will forever remember the day we were on our way home from one of our many outings, Beth and I in the back of the car, the song "Pretty Woman" came on, he pulled the car over to the side of the road and got out and danced with Aunt Betty.Just one of many wonderful memories of time spent with him and the family. My deepest sympathy to the family on the loss of a dad, grandpa and great-grandpa. Hugs

Sorry for your loss - and a loss it is when a one as loved as Martin passes on. May you know the comfort of Jesus as you go through this time and the days ahead when you will miss him. May the memories you have made flood your minds and hearts.
