Marion Rachel Murdock (Katsitsarorots) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 1, 2026.
Born November 22, 1945 at Lady Wellington Hospital. Daughter of (late) Reginald T. Hill and (late) Dorothy M. Murdock. Survived by her children Dawn Smith, Raymond Smith, and Edward Thomas. Her brothers Ralph Hill (Cindy), Rodger Hill, Randy Hill, and Rodney Hill.
Grandchildren Forest, Kassie, Alexis, Jaxson, Amos, and Darren. Great grandchildren David, Ella, Lilly, Kai and Ivan.
Loved and cherished by many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
She will be met on the other side by her lifetime love brother Reg W. Hill, her son (Dubee) Reg Smith, her grand children Brittney and Johnny and her sister Caroline (Bunny) and her parents.
Marion chose a fitting transition during the spring Flower Moon as the translation of her name means “she gathers the wildflowers”, that was her time. She knew she would arrive over there look the Creator in the eye, hold her loving hands wide open and say “I used all the gifts you gave me. I gave all the love you sent me with, and my work is done".
And we rejoice at her sweet reunion with all the loved ones who we know she missed dearly.
