She and her family would be honoured for you to join them in celebrating her life at the Six Nations Community Hall, 1738 4th Line Road on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11 am. followed by interment at the Family Homestead. Dear Ken and Sonya,
Though I did not have the pleasure of meeting your precious daughter I truly admire her courage and strength. I also admire your strength, as her parents, to ensure that she was empowered to choose her path. Though the Creator has welcomed your angel into his light, I offer my sincerest condolences to both of you and to your family.

My sincere condolences goes out to Kenny & Sonia Sault & Family and also to Phillip & Cathy Ritchie & Family. I may not have known her well, but I do know Sonia and the Ritchie Family. I was blessed hearing her testimony last year in Port Elgin Pentacostal Church.
In Memory of Makayla; (A letter to God)
I can't get this out of my mind,
How much Makayla had faith in You.
Who believed with all her heart,
How You, had healed her too.
When Makayla had given her testimony,
Her faith in You, was so real.
Makayla had so much confidence and trust,
Speaking about You, (Lord) with zeal.
As I was sitting there listening to her,
I was so touched, with tears running down my face.
So much love Makayla had for You, Lord,
Now, You have her in Your arms of grace.
I may not have known Makayla really well,
But enough to know, how genuine and true.
The testimony she had spoken of,
I will always remember in my heart too.
Thank You Makayla! I will always remember you!!!!!!

Our heartfelt condolences go out with prayers to all of the Sault and Ritchie families. What a blessing to be a part of the Family of God! Since I heard about Makayla's passing...all I could think about was 'God will be glorified!' I was truly encouraged this past summer during Camp meeting as I felt the Lords' wonderful Presence while listening to Makayla share her testimony...Years ago, I had a friend tell me that God will never waste anything that you go through...Makayla reached more people than we will ever know!!! The Lord will carry each family member through the days ahead and put a new sweet song in your hearts. Blessings to each one of you that LOVED Makayla

My sincere sympathies go to Makaylas family, friends and community. I did not know Makayla or her family, I am an acquaintance with her Aunt but I have tried to follow her struggle and was touched by her story. It was quite obvious she had a faith in God that was bigger than her which will be a comfort to those she leaves here on earth, knowing she has won the victory and is perfectly healed in the presence of her Heavenly Father. Rarely do people accomplish in a full lifetime what Makayla has in her 11+ years, God said well done good and faithful servant it's time to come home. She will be remembered.
