Passed away peacefully at Leisure Living Retirement Home, in Jarvis on June 22, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Ada (Stark) Nemett. Loving father of Diane, James & Oreanna, Gary & Penny, Leslie Jr., and the late Robert. Dear grandpa of Jodie, Braun, Rory, Matt, Jamie, and Sara. Dear great grandpa of Brandon, Aiden, Shona, Isabel, Brodie, and Evan. Son of the late Leona & Joseph Nemett. Brother of Jim & Vickie, Verna, Betty, Laura, and the late Joe, Ernie, Jake, and Dorothy. Brother-in-law of Laura Brown. Leslie is also survived by many nieces & nephews. He will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. To Dear Ada,
I just learned of the passing of Lesl today. My heart goes out to you and your family. I will always remember the winter days at the farm when I was 12 years old and you were so wonderful to my mother and me. I will never forget the beautiful birthday cake you made for me.
I owe everything to Leslie for without his effort to teach me to gallop race horses my career at the track would have been very ordinary indeed.
