Sky: Joseph Roger "Chief Haiawatha"


At the Brantford General Hospital on August 29, 2015. Chief  Joseph Sky "Haiawatha" age 75 years, companion of Loretta, father of Twyla Jacobs & Sunny Sky, special buddy of Tristen, Deborah, Jenny, Sonya, Ricky and Junior and beloved grandchildren,  grandfather of Wanda, Troy, Shane, Ashley, Darrick, Javen & Mason, great grandfather of Jude. Son of the late Robert and Mary Sky. Brother of the late Beulah Nanticoke, Rita Vyse & Isabell Sky, also survived by many nieces & nephews.  Resting at  Andria Doolittle’s , 1759 Onondaga Rd ., until Tuesday morning then to the Onondaga Longhouse for Funeral Service & Burial on Tuesday at 11am.  www.rhbanderson.com

My sincere condolences to you Twyla & Smitty. Will be unable to attend your Dad's Funeral. My thoughts and prayers are with your Dad's family and Friends.

Tohsa tesahsentho, (Do not cry), life always renews and brings a brand new day. All the hearts are there in grand Condolence, it has always been ever growing. Not one day goes by that they are not pulling together.

Just as there was love yesterday, there will be love tomorrow, just as the sun has promised the brightness on another day, so it shall rise again in the beginning of a new day to clear away the darkness.

The tears that fall, fall like the rain that falls upon the earth to cleanse, to release. My mind to your mind, together we will pull for a brighter days ahead.
