Eva Jean HOOVER (nee Cronk)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean on Friday, July 28, 2017 surrounded by family at Edgewater Gardensin her 89th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Grant (predeceased). Loving mother of Dana (Nancy) and Susan (Paul). Dear grandma of Geoff, Lindsay (Dan), Jeremy (Kristy), and Dan (Jennifer). Great-grandma of Channing, Emmett, and Hudson Foreman; Leah Eve and Gavin Fulsom; Dylan, Cohen, and Scarlett Fulsom. Loving sister of Donald (predeceased) and loving sister-in-law of Barbara. Aunt of Debbie (Mike), Randy (Sharon), Kyle (Isabel) and Darren (Georgia). Jean’s life was centered on her faith, family, and friends. After experiencing the full effect of Alzheimer's in her final days we are comforted knowing that Jean knows who she is again in the presence of the Lord.
Visitation will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church inFisherville on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:30a.m. with a service to celebrate Jean’s life at 11:15a.m. followed by lunch and fellowship.If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Jean and my mother Ruth Borchardt Rouse were friends in Fisherville. We visited her and your dad several times.
I don't know if anyone will see this but I have pictures of them if you would like them.
My mom passed away 3 short months after Jean so they are together again.
