Terry and I were so appreciative and thankful for the friendship and companionship that Gord so unselfishly offered to both Bob and Sue Fallis during their stays at Leisure Living. Cribbage games by the hour, excursions for lunch and we expect some tall stories all made for a more enjoyable time. Remembering the last of our north end Legion members and Oneida Street neighbours

I am so sorry to read about Gord. He always came into the Post Office and I would remark how "dapper" he looked with his hat. He would tell me of his adventures and I thought he was pretty good stuff for doing the travelling that he did at his age. So sorry for your loss. In our thoughts and prayers from Frank and Dale Vecero and family.

Dear Best family-- It was sad to read of Gord's passing. He and June were among the first people to welcome Dave and I to the North end in 1961 when we moved to Victoria St.
We soon appreciated the great baby-sitting years of help from Joyce Ann and Marie. and the continued friendships. Gord and June were a wonderful couple . I am glad that they were able to celebrate so many years of marriage and it is comforting to know they are once again together. My prayers are with all of you as you remember a wonderful man.
