Joyce, Dakota and family,.....My heart sank yesterday when I heard of Jerry’s passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. I assure you my family would have been at the service if we knew in time, I apologize for our absence. I remember the first time I met Jerry. He walked into Cain’s Auto Sales and later introduced himself as Johnny Cash. That put an instant smile on my face and I knew from that moment we would be friends. I thoroughly enjoyed our many conversations and looked forward to visits from Jerry. So many incredible stories and many laughs. He was so good to my family and showed such care and concern for us all. Thankful I have the autographed photo, definitely can’t help but smile looking at that Johnny Cash signature. We will definitely miss him. Thinking of you all. Take care of each other. XO Melissa
