REICHHELD: IVAN FREDERICK “FRED”
At Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Saturday January 19, 2019 at the age of 98 years. Son of the late Daniel & Alberta (Fess) Reichheld. Husband of the late Leona (Wadel). Partner of the late Rae Maggio, and Dorothy Sloat. Brother of the late Earl & Elva, Hazel & Jack Smith & Cecil Gray, Helen & Andy Reid, Roy, Howard & Dorothy, and Jean & Ivan Carpenter. Survived by sister-in-law Ruby Reichheld, brother-in-law Joe Kelly and six nieces and nine nephews. Predeceased by one niece and two nephews. Fred was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 164, Hagersville. In his early years he worked with his father on the home farm at the corner of the Indian Line and the Irish Line and then spent many years working at the Canadian Gypsum Company, Hagersville. Funeral Service will be held at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. with visiting one hour prior.
