October 8, 1961 - January 11, 2026
Suddenly on Sunday January 11, 2026 Failey was reunited with his beloved wife Barb (Smurf). Loving brother of Sue & the late Timbuck, Pat & Sid, Harry & Marj, Bruce, Clarice, Stephen & Michelle, Jennifer, and Jeffrey. Cherished father of Cassie, Greg & Tara, and TJ. Loving papa of Kyra, Khloe, Kamryn, and Lincoln. He will be missed by Uncle PR & Aunt Shirley, and traditional friend Freddie Claus. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by his parents Harry & Irwina (Harris); siblings Tarey, Cathy, Louie, Phyllis, and nephew Brandon.
He will be resting at 3135 4th Line, Six Nations on Wednesday after 6pm until Thursday January 15, 2026 then to Seneca Longhouse for service at 11 am. Interment Lower Cayuga Longhouse. Arrangements by Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken. www.rhbanderson.com

Failey was a nice guy, well-liked by all in school. Though I haven't seen him since those days, I was sad to see that passed away so young. My condolences go out to the family. Clarice, I remember our college days and smile thinking about you and Punky and the laughs we had with our instructor. Take care.
