MARTIN:  Eldred Glenn (EG)
 
Surrounded by peace, love and light, EG peacefully at the age of 82, took his last breath with the love of his family by his side at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, June 9, 2018.  EG leaves behind his best friend and beautiful wife of 66 years Muriel (Min) Martin (Hill); children; Yvonne & Jim, Wendell & Shelda, Jay, Shawn & Pam, Barry & Diana, Jody & Kelly, Tracey & Steve and Jason & Robin.  He’s 26 grand children and 33 great grand children loved their Ol’ Papa. Siblings Roland & Melba (Pug & Hubby), Cecil & Gail and his baby sister Reva.  Brother in-law of Luella Lickers and Eldon Hill (Snip).  Pops is now in the hands of our angels; daughter Missy (Gail Montour); her daughter April Nicole; parents Eldred Clement Martin (Teddy) and Amy Elva Martin (Powless), Son-in-law to Elmer and Mabel Hill,and Siblings; Ron, Anita (Neat), Michael, and Larry.  EG had a special place in his heart for Dorothy Henry, Mike Montour, Judy Martin-Holland, Sonya Peters, and Kim Garlow.  EG was an entrepreneur of many adventures; EG Martin & Son Farms; EG Stables, EG’s Mohawk Reman, and Ol Papa’s Pizza.  EG lead an active life of coaching hockey, District 2 band councilor, Indian Agricultural Program of Ontario, and the Standard Breed Horse Association.  Farming, hunting, fishing and playing the odds were his passions.  EG will arrive home Sunday, June 10, 2018 after 7 pm at 398 3rd line road, Six Nations of the Grand River. Visitation Monday, June 11, 2018. Please stop by to visit and share your memories.  Funeral Service begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  Cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juravinski Cancer Hospital.   www.rhbanderson.com

Our sincere sympathy to all of the Martin family. Eldred was a great advocate of his community and its agricultural sector. He will be missed.
