It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Delahvae.  Resting at Hyde & Mott Chapel, 60 Main St. S., Hagersville from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2020.  Cremation to follow.  www.rhbanderson.com

Miss me but let me go
When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room;
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little - but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared.
Miss me - but let me go.
For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It’s all a part of the Master’s plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss me - but let me go.

Love Truman and family.

I can't seem to find the words to express how I feel down deep inside. All I can say is thank you for showing up in my life and I hope I always remember that last hug you gave me the day before you passed.

To the family, to Trumie, may the Creator keep carrying you through this. I can only imagine how painful this is and thank the Master for the beautiful weekend you had with her in her final days.
Rest in Peace sweet Dely. Much love

To My Girl.....
We were never a huggy family until you came along; you taught us that, every time you left it was "I Love You Granny" and a big squeeze, I think that's what I'm going to miss the most. Such a beautiful kid growing up, spunky yes but that's ok. Teaching you how to drive, me and you cruising listening to my old school 'Granny tunes' with you jammin' on, you even liked my disco.... well some of my disco; good memories that I will cherish forever.

Your heart was broken a few years ago, when we found out that our awesome little 'Wee Man' was unhealthy. You tried to stay strong but it was so hard to watch his little body fail, as a mom we just want to see our little ones making a mess with an ice cream cone, playing in the mud and having fun with other kids but you were never able to enjoy those things. No it wasn't fair and I'm so sorry that you couldn't enjoy kid stuff, you tried so hard to make a good life for him......

I know now you are in a better place; even though you never met him, you always talked about Baba, I know he's taking care of you and you're at peace. We miss you both so much!

Yes you will make it to Greece over the next while, Mom will take you there. Listen to the rain, sit by the water, bask in the sun like you love to do, my girl. Love you so much and always will. Granny
