Dean Anthony "Tony" King
May 26th, 1959 - April 5th, 2026
Suddenly at St. Joe’s Hospital, Hamilton, in his 67th year, Tony started his journey home.
Father of Joey (Ashley), Aaron (Tif), Chelsea (Kenny), and the late Kasandra King. Grandfather of Mitchell, Kaiah, Kleoh, and Wiingashk. Brother of Kathy, Clyde Sr, Veronica, Valerie, Clynt, and Brandon (Bun). Predeceased by his parents Ida and George King, as well as his siblings: Rodney, Robin, Kenny, Errol, Judy & Judith, Eugene, William and Henry.
Tony was a proud member of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation who enjoyed attending community events. He also dedicated many years of his time at the annual pow wow.
Visitation will be held on Thursday April 9th from 4-7pm at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, 60 Main St. S., Hagersville. We invite Tony’s family and friends to meet at Hyde & Mott on Friday April 10th at 1pm, to join the procession to the Mississaugas of the Credit Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at MCFN Community Centre on Friday April 10, 2026 from 5-7pm. www.rhbanderson.com
