WILLIAM GERALD “BILL” BACHER
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill at Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Saturday October 6, 2018 in his 88th year. Beloved husband and best friend of 60 years to Emma Jean (Link) Bacher. Loving father of Kevin, Gary (Kim), Ken, and Greg (Karen). Special Papa of Kristie, Brad (Sam), Brooke, Brianna, and Carson. Great grandpa of Kingston, Jaxx, and Scarlett. Brother of Shirley Horlick. Brother-in-law of Ken Link (Linda). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings, Ruth Smith (Hugh), Glen Bacher (Jean), Dorothy Bacher, and Carl Bacher. The family will honour his life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 30 Erie Ave., North, Fisherville on Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
