GRAHAM: Barbara Jean
Our path is never certain but Barbara Jean Graham has reached her journey's end after a long battle with Alzheimer's on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Grace Villa LTC in Hamilton. Born on March 4, 1933 in Hamilton. Those who loved her are blessed with the memories and crocheted Christmas stockings she has left behind. Predeceased by her husband Larry L. Graham and her parents Albert and Barbara Orr, her brother William Berry, her sister June Yorkston and her step sons Terry and Daniel Graham. Cherished mother of Heather Graham-Novak and her husband Joseph. Gramma to Amy Hartog (Brandon) and Jess Hartog (Jeremy). Remembered by her step family Dianne Zante (Ches) and grandchildren Melissa Pursley, Sheri Kaufman (Kris) and Michael Pursley (Shannon). Also remembered by Bonnie Stegemann and her daughter Kim. Loving aunt to Lynda Yorkston, Suzanne Tweddle and her children Tara Pippy (Josh) and their family and Melanie Tweddle (Jeremy). Barbara served in the Canadian Air Force in British Columbia and was a retiree from West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville. She loved to go to the Tiger Cat games, her visits to Camp Kiawa and being the cheering section at horse shows. The family are grateful for all those who kept in touch over the years to let us know she was in their thoughts. To the staff at Grace Villa we cannot thank you enough for the years of wonderful and compassionate care. In memoriam, please remember mom with a funny story, a smile or a toast. Memories are precious and we can live on in others if we are remembered. Funeral Service for Barbara will be held at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B.
