It is with heavy hearts that the family of Wray Hoover announces his passing on Friday August 24, 2018 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Mildred (Wardell) for 63 years. Dear father of Luanne (Chris) Scaife, Cheryl (Michael) Gee, Barbara (Randy) Booker and Kimberley (Dave) Landry. Proud grandpa to Lynda, Rachel, Charlene (Tyler) and Nicole. Great grandchildren Hayley, Isabella, and Natalie. Brother of Harold (Diane). Predeceased by father Orloff and mother Gertrude (Nagel), brother Keith (Dorothy), sister Joyce (Ralph) Evans and grandson Kevin Booker. Wray enjoyed many years of square dancing as a member of the River Town Flyers in Dunnville and playing Hoss with Selkirk and Fisherville Seniors Clubs. The Family will Honour Wray’s life with a visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B.Anderson Funeral Homes, 60 Main St, S. Hagersville 2-4 & 7-9 pm Tuesday. Funeral Service & Burial will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Fisherville on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 2pm. Our dearest thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Wray. He is going to be sadly missed. I will miss the most our chats at the mail box and just the big smile and wave every time I see him puttering around the farm doing what he enjoyed the most every day. Thinking of you all.
