Peacefully at Anson Place on September 8, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Loving husband of 69 years to Marie (Kindree) Smith. Loving father of Bryan and Lynda, Paul and Tammy, Kevin and Kim, Adam and Lauren. Dear grandfather of Lisa (deceased), Charlotte, Tyler (Alanna), Samantha, Jesse, Dalton, Jonathan, Rachel, Eryn. Great grandfather of Nevaeh, Hanna and Logan. Brother of Doreen (the late John Brouwer) (the late Art VanWaterschoot), Ruth Ann (Paul) Kikot. Brother-in-law of Beatrice Kindree, and the late Fay (Ollie) Kindree, Blanche (Dave) Gee, Kathleen (Bob) Knight. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.The family will honour his life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel of R.H.B.Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main St. S.,Hagersville on Saturday 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday September 12, 2016 at 1 p.m. Interment Hagersville Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Charity of your choice.
