Peacefully at the Stedman Hospice surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the age of 71 years. Husband of Leslie White. Loving father of Gwen, Eugene (Tammy), Monica (predeceased Bill), and Tania. Predeceased by his son Jonathan. Dear papa of Kelli (Josh), Josh (Mandy), Daniel (Jodie), Grace (Tanner), Seth (Jess), Alishia (Richard), Casey (Greg), Brina (Larry), Lily, Nathan, Felecia, Johnna, Gage, Cam, Myah, Geena, Layla, and Tayah. Special Papa to Sylvana and Carter. Survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dear brother of Margaret, Georgina, and Phillip. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Paul, Bruce, Doug, Walter, Bill, Ronnie, Marlene, and Diane. Son of the late James & Martha (Wilson) White. Welby will always be remembered by his sense of humour.
