So sorry to hear this. Ward was a great friend to my dad, Bryan, and they worked together for many years at GRE. They also enjoyed many rounds of golf together. When my dad passed away unexpectedly a few years ago, Ward made a point to share stories of him with my sister and I to help with our grief. I’ll never forget his kindness and generosity. My father will welcome him in the sky world. All my love to the family.

Ward was a great mentor, teacher and a leader. His passing has come as a true shock. He embodied the "gentle approach". He was such a personable guy that it didnt even feel like "management" much more like "friendship". There was so much I still wanted to learn from Ward. Wishing you happiness and love in the next stage of your journey.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ward as both a friend, and a business associate. He was always wanted the best for his co-workers, and strove to be a superlative role model for his younger team mates. Ward as also an integral part of his community, and took great pride in assisting his neighbours whenever he could.

Safe travels, brother. You will be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Ward's passing. It has indeed been a pleasure to work with Ward for the past couple of years on the MCFN Outreach Committee. His affable manner, quiet wisdom, and sense of humour made Committee meetings a pleasant and productive time. I, and I daresay, the entire Committee will surely miss his presence.
