Peacefully at Grandview Lodge, Dunnville on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 93 years. Wife of the late Ross Schurr. Loving mother of Nancy & Roger Simon, Lou Schurr - Richards (deceased), and Tom & Maryann Schurr. Dear grandmother of Tim & Angela, Lisa, Adam & Allison, Nadine & Dean, MacKenzie, and Nathan. Dear great grandmother of Taylor, Kassidy, Vivian, Isla, Finnley, and Brandon. Sister of George, and Jim & Karen. Sister-in-law of Joyce Otterman, and Don Bailey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Katherine Otterman, Betty Blower (Keith), Dorothy Bailey, Bud Otterman, and Reginald Otterman (Jennie). The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 3, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Redeemer Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer Society. I had the pleasure of spending time every Friday morning with this wonderful lady. Loved to hear the stories she shared of her family. She was always inspiring to me. Thinking of you all as you celebrate the life of your Mother and Grandmother.

Condolences on the passing of Vivian. I am sorry I will be out of town and unable to attend the funeral home. In any event, I have made a donation to Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery.
