We were sad to hear of Victor's passing. He was quite a character over the years at Dover Cliffs. He really loved his walks downtown pre pandemic and being outdoors on thd patio, year round. It was always nice to hear a bold hello when arriving at work and a goodbye when leaving. Bye Vic, May You Rest in Peace.

So sad to hear of Victors passing. I always enjoyed his quirkyness. Always said good morning and goodbye. I also enjoyed the short visits we would have. A gentle giant with good manners . I will remember him with a smile knowing he has found his peace. Rest in Peace Victor.????????
