Andrew “Sean” Henry Coaster
September 26, 1987 - December 1, 2024

It is with deep devastation that we sadly announce the unexpected death of Andrew Sean Henry Coaster on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Sean was born in Geraldton, Ontario on September 26, 1987 and comes from Marten Falls First Nation, in Treaty 9 in northern Ontario where he was an avid hunter and fisherman. Sean relocated to Southern Ontario in 2015 and made Mississaugas of the Credit his home.

He is the eldest son of Janet and Andy Coaster and leaves behind six surviving siblings, Carolyn, Becky, Alison, Shannon, Joyce and Zach. Sean is the oldest grandson of Elizabeth & Joseph Achneepineskum and Mary & Moses Coaster. Sean must have been running to his baby boy Marshall when he got to Heavens gates. Sean also joined his sister Cheryl who passed in 2022.

Sean leaves behind to grieve, the love of his life Sierra and their two precious sons Treyton and Artie Coaster. He was an extremely dedicated father who gave his all for his sons from the day they were born. Sean is loved deeply and will be missed by his mother-in-law Dale Sault and father-in-law Mike Maracle, brother-in-law Tim & Joanne, and sister-in-law Alicia & Naeem.  Sean leaves to grieve numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

You could always find Sean with a tea towel over his shoulder or a broom in his hand. He loved to clean so he was employed by Six Nations Housing as a staff cleaner. He took pride in cleaning the offices while humming a tune. He thrived working on the land cutting grass, weed eating and chopping wood.

His last day on earth was spent having breakfast with Santa and his baby boys. He took a horse and wagon ride and we are so grateful that those will be his son’s last memories of their daddy.

There will be a service for Sean on Thursday evening at 7pm and the funeral will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 1pm both held at Styres Funeral Home, 1798 4th Line Rd., Ohsweken.  www.rhbanderson.com
