It is with deep sorrow, we announce the sudden passing of a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend. Sam will be deeply missed by his loving mom Tammy; sister, Echo; grandma, Doris; aunts and uncles, Cam, Dale (Pricilla), Wayne (Ali), Scott (Tanya), Sandy (Rachel), Pat, Stella, Amie, Mike, Walter, and Chris. Special friend to Bailey, Amanda, Brooke, Erin, and Jenelle. Predeceased by father Warren “Sam” LaForme; aunts, Sylvia, and Theresa; uncle, Alex; grandfather, Sanford Clause and grandparents Delores & Oliver LaForme. He was a devoted supporter and promoter of his favourite music, underground hiphop. Missed by many cousins and friends. A private family service will be held on Tuesday April 27, 2021 with Interment at Six Nations Pentecostal. Covid 19 procedures, masks and sanitizer will be provided. www.rhbanderson.com

so sad to hear this tragic news! my deepest heartfelt condolences go out to his friends & family. Sam was a very kind, caring, considerate nephew. I truly appreciate having known him during his brief stay in this plane of existence. Godspeed nephew.

Fair winds old friend. I hope heaven has a smoking section. Yiu were a kind friend who helped me in my time of need, and helped me not be homeless.
