Its strange because just before Christmas I was in Sam's hometown and thought of him as I drove past his Shop. Sam was a friend of my father's, and I recall fondly the days when I would pop into Sam's shop to have something fixed. A farm machine, a car, truck - Sam could fix just about anything! He was a kind and patient man who loved his craft.

I am glad to have known him. He will be missed.
