July 18, 1939 - August 27, 2026



Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday August 27, 2026 at the age of 87 years.  Beloved husband of 60 years to Shirley Ann Logan.  Loving father of Peggy (Duane), Tony, Amanda, Joseph, Robert Jr., Garry (Celeste), and Faye (Jim).  Dear grandfather to 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.  Brother of Iva (late Alfred), Ivan (late Garnet), and the late Irvin (Verna), Wilfred (Anne) “Toots”, and Roger (Eva).  Brother-in-law to Margaret (late Peter), Blanche (late Glenn), Donnie (Isabelle), Vivian (Arnold), Melvin (Sharon), Dianne, Joanne, and the late Ruby, Richard, and Marvin.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Robert was a life member of the Ironworker Local 736.  

Resting at his home, 2804 6th Line after 6pm.Thursday.  Funeral Service & Burial will be held at Onondaga Longhouse on Saturday August 29, 2026 at 11am.  Arrangements by Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken.  www.rhbanderson.com

So sorry for your loss. We send our sincere condolences to the family. n Robert was a joker alway joking around. He mad alot of peoople smile with his over whelming personality. The creator better be ready because Robert won't stop just because he began his journey. May knowibg others are thinking of you give you all the strength thru this difficult time.

Dearest Shirley... Robert will be missed by many people, known for his sense of humour and his huge smile! Through all his pain, he never lost his wit and always cracked a joke.

Shirley ,Peggy,Toni.Joe,Robert Jr.& Garry and all the partners. I am sorry if i missed someone, also to all the grandchildren & greats. My Condolences to all, You all lost a Great Dad, Grandfather {hanih} & Great Grandpa .And as we use to call eash other a {FOOL}.. Go rest peacefully mr logan you were such a cutie pie I loved spending a weekend there with junior we had a great time you sure liked your lottery scratch tickets I hope you get the winning numbers up there ???? sending big hugs in the ski.
