BURNHAM:  Robert Edward

Peacefully with his family by his side, Robert Edward Burnham (Bob) passed away on April 3, 2019 at the Brantford General Hospital.  Bob is predeceased by his mother Angeline B. Burnham (nee. Jamieson), father John R. Burnham and brother André W. Burnham. He leaves behind his partner Dorothy, his beloved children Joshua, Stephanie (Dep) and Hilary Visheau (nee Burnham), grandchildren Damon and Tehya, brother Chuck (Denise), sister Angela R. Jock, and many nieces and nephews. Bob also leaves behind many close friends and family of the Chiefswood Social Club and life long friend and brother, Mark "Stubzy" Jamieson. He was a retired member of Local 736 and a honorary member former Sargent at Arms of the Six Nations Veterans Association. Bob was an avid bongo player for the Legends Band where he was also known as ‘internationally renowned Bongo Bob’.  As per Bob’s wishes, there will be an Open Jam celebration of life held at Yogi’s Barn (2298 Chiefswood Road, Ohsweken) on Saturday April 13th, 2019 from 3-9 pm. We are asking family and friends to bring food, drinks, pictures of Bob and have your best ‘Bob’ stories to share during the celebration. Donations can be made to the Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and/ or the Six Nations Veterans Association.  www.rhbanderson.com
