With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Phil Fraser on Saturday September 6, 2025. Loving and cherished partner to Sharon, loving stepfather to Mel & JC, Brandee & Bud, Dylan, Chad and especially his fur babies — Rufus and Bizz. Loving grandfather to Chase, Chaley & Kobi, Madisyn, Miyah, Julia, and Emma. Loving great-grandfather to Kinsley and Stetson. Dear godfather to Brookie. Pre-Deceased by infant son.  Dorreen West-Gaul (Mother), Bruce Fraser Sr. (Father),  Greg Fraser (Brother),  Bruce Fraser Jr. (Brother). Survived by Stepfather David West-Gual, Sister Linda Hall and son Robert of Kingston, Brother Sean & Lisa of Bowmanville, Brother Michael Fraser & Betty of Six Nations, Niece Sarah & Mike McMaster of Oshawa, Stepsisters Judy and Kim, also many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by business partner RM and siding crews over the years. Sadly, missed by his chosen brothers Phat (Cheryl), Dave (Lancia) and Cor. Phil was an avid 8-ball & 9-ball pool player and golfer. He will be missed by his Gunner’s Club family, and Mens Golf League at Fescues. He was a devoted Dallas Cowboys and Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He was also a Chairman Member of Seneca Niagara Casino.
We will be bringing him home to rest at 10 Bicentennial Trail after 5pm on Sunday September 7, 2025.  Funeral service will be held Tuesday September 9, 2025 at 1pm at 10 Bicentennial Trail with cremation to follow. www.rhbanderson.com

Dear Sharon and Family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. We hope that you and your family are experiencing much support and love as you grieve. We are thinking of you all at this very difficult time.
