May 15, 1960 - July 11, 2025
TOBICOE: Norman Ross, Most commonly known as "George" began his peaceful journey on Friday, July 11, 2025. George was the beloved husband of Jeanette Cossaro, cherished dad to Graham, Rob (Amy), Kaitlyn (Dan), Bree, Jordan (Bekka) and Hunter (deceased 2020) Doting Poppa to Oakleigh and 9 more Grandchildren. Precious kid brother to Fay Curtis. Dear Uncle to many nieces and nephews. A great friend and neighbour to many. Predeceased by parents Burnace and Alice (Hill) and siblings Rhea, Wellington (Wimpy) Clayton, Eula , Vera, Ronald, Shirley, Earnest (Jim) Stewart, Sherman, Tim, MaryLou(Lout) and Don (Toby) and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place Sunday after 1 p.m. Funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Hyde & Mott Chapel , 60 Main Street South in Hagersville.

sincere condolences to you mom, my brothers, my sisters, and my dear neice. George will be up there continuing to watch you all continue this journey of life, he will be there to guide you every step of the way. Always remember he is not gone, he is just away. He will forever be the whisper in your ear. I never knew George like every one else but
George from what i knew was quite a character. Tried to offer me trades for a cheese burger ans vise versa. It was always good to see him smiling..George may you rest easy young man, I will bring you a cheeseburger when I see you at the gates.
