Passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice on Wednesday January 21, 2026. Beloved wife of 34 years to Joseph Marschall. Daughter of the late James & Gladys Elliott. Dear sister of the late Neil and James Elliott, and sister in law to Mary Dillon and Bonnie & Bob Cookson. Beloved aunt of nieces Shawna(George), Shyanne(Dale), & Jamie and nephew David. She was thrilled to recently welcome a great nephew Steele, and was looking forward to a second little one due in a few months. A graveside service will be held at Hagersville Cemetery on Saturday January 24, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre or Norfolk-Haldimand Hospice. www.rhbanderson.com.

I was very sorry to hear about Maggie"s passing Sharon and Rosemary worked a long time beside Maggie many years until they closed deepest condolences

Sorry for your loss. Whenever I saw Margaret be it up town in Hagersville or sometimes in Simcoe we would always have a chat. She was always a pleasure to talk to and I admired her strong will. Fiesty and strong willed. RIP Margaret.

I’m just now learning of Margaret’s passing away. I always enjoyed our visits when my beloved Dad (Daniel O’Dwyer) and I would travel to her home. She always welcomed us and had a gift for conversation. After Dad passed away, Margaret and I kept in touch. I’ll miss her and our visits. I extend my condolences to all of Margaret’s loved ones and I will honour her memory and keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
