Larry was a great mentor and one of the best critical thinkers I've known. Always willing to think out of the box. I still have a vivid memory of him as a kid. We were at the Akwesanee survival games. Larry chose to run 5km with a 50lb backpack on. Yes Larry was an athlete and he did it. I think he slept two days straight after but I couldn't imagine how sore he must of been. Plus this was a race not just make it across the line. Larry use to talk about the longhouse saying it's where the sun raises and sets along with all four directions. Pick up your phone and ya might hear SAAAGGOOO lol. I'll miss seeing him roll up in a car with Audrey beside him and her smiling. Journey well your legacy will continue you will be missed by your family and friends until we meet again...

My sincere condolences to Audrey and family for the loss of Larry. I worked with Larry at Na-Me-Res and was soundly beaten numerous times by Larry at the ping-pong table. And it was always a treat watching people get overly frustrated cause they didn't have the patience to try to wrap their heads around the deep contributions from Larry during community meetings. Journey well friend.
