James Walter McWilliams
March 18, 1944 - December 14, 2023
Beloved husband of Brenda (Slack) McWilliams. Loving father of Linda Atkinson (Rod), Kevin, Norman, and Nancy McWilliams (Teddy). Dear Grandpa/Papa of Harley-Lynn, Joel, and Mason. Son of the late John & LaVera McWilliams. Brother of Marjorie Ashbaugh (Grant), John (late Ruth), Neil (Laura), Gord (Sandy) (both deceased), Bill (deceased) (Ruby), Betty Timson (deceased) (Bill). Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Jim retired from Stelco after 30 years and was a Camera Operator for Flamboro Downs for Horse Racing. He coached Hockey, Baseball, and Ringette; was a Cubs and Scouts leader; member of the Caledonia Fair Board, was a Judge for Harness Horse Racing at Fall fairs; and he loved camping and travelling with family.
Cremation has taken place. The family extends a special thanks to Dr. Kronenwald & staff at the St. Joseph’s Villa (Oak Grove), Dundas.
